Today I am also grateful to smile.

After having weeks of painful dental work, broken and missing teeth. I got everything fixed today and am able to smile again without feeling embarrassed 😁

Hi @Lady_Loca 

I am 54 and had to move back home, as I had nowhere else to go.

But mum is 84 and we lost my dad on Christmas day last year. I am so Grateful that I am getting to spend some quality time with her and also keep her company while she grieves. 

And I have first hand experience of losing a partner, so I think I am probably the best choice the family to support her and give her some tips on what she could expect. But I find it hard for me to grieve him properly around my mum, as I don't want to upset her. But we have some good talks about him with tears in my eyes.  Actually I haven't seen mum cry, but knowing her,  she would probably be crying herself to sleep. 

Congratulations on getting the ex out if your life. Now you can rebuild your life and learn that the way he would have treated you, was never your fault.  That's all on him.

I wish you well on your new path ❤️
