a lovely thread and sometimes getting to feelings of gratitude is a stretch but it is a step in the right direction reading all your comments

I am grateful for an air-conditioned house while it is so hot outside, it is a marvel that we have reliable energy and can make our houses comfortable.

I am grateful that I finally took the plunge and sorted my finances and have just started putting extra into my super. This feels like a huge achievement and I am lucky to have an income coming in.

Today I am grateful for:
- Humans
- Goodness
- Our spiritual elements
- The sun shining on me
- Memory (the good and the bad for this is balance in life that we need)
