Today I am grateful for my garden and the beautiful birds of paradise flowers that are blooming 🌻

@Daisydreamer, BirdOfParadise was one of  my mums favourite  flower. She had a lovely big bush in the backyard. And the flower  lasts so long. Enjoy!

They are so stunning @Former-Member! We have about 7 Birds of Paradise plants and have had more than 20 flowers this season 😊 Felt like a very proud plant mum

Today I am grateful for a calm, clear mind that is neither depressed nor erratic.I don't take mental or physical health for granted, ever. BTW I love the gratitude training that was suggested by @Shaz in the post many months ago...
