I myself also suffer from bipolar (for about 10 years now) and am recently being hospitalized.

I just noticed your reply, and want to welcome you to the forums.

 

You might like to meet a few others. Good morning  is a good thread to find a few.

 

The safe room- somewhere to just come and sit.... offload... feel supported  is another thread some visit.
