Again, thank you so much for giving me so much useful information. I don't know whether I will end up having (or needing) ECT as things are not too bad right now. However, I feel much better prepared if I have to make that decision. I think taking time off work will be hard on me, partly because I love my job but also because it usually means someone else will have to do twice as much work to cover me.
