It seems like you have both logged off now - but I just wanted to write a post letting you both know that I'm thinking of you.

Jacques - it seems like you were a bit better prepared tonight, I'm glad some of the self care stuff worked (eg: going outside and taking a moment).

Karen -  I recall a post where you said that you found out your private health insurance would cover you (I kinda recall that @Jacques & I were quite frustrated for you because it meant that you could have gone to a private clinic rather than a public mhu). Did something change?

The private health insurance covered me for the month I was in the private facility in May.

But they have now said they won't cover me for pre existing until the full 12 months is up. At around one thousand dollars a day I cannot afford the go back to that facility.
