Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here πŸ™‚

Hello new friendly @StanD

You have helped keep me here a little longer.

I am trying to find out how to start a new thread @tyme suggested this

I do not want to talk about illness

I want to explore

Does that sound like something you would like to do/

Would you come if I invited you?

Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here πŸ™‚

Hello @EternalFlower

I found a copy of your reply to me from other place about british comedies.

I am not going to reply over there any more.

I am also sorry for messing things up for you there as well.

I'm hoping the laughter is good laughter @motion and that I did help....

I was trying to say it's ok and you are welcome.

I'm feeling like my name at times , eternally a flower, πŸ’ trying to give people a feeling of brightness.

I wanted to thank you for your lovely reply that I copied above to help make sense.

That reply gave me a feeling of brightness

and I do not know you as I have just joined.

That tells me that you are beautiful just like a flower and the eternal part is the giving side that is a big part of you.

That is how I felt.

I am going to try and start a new thread somewhere if I don't get lost and would like to invite you as a new friendly person.

I will not be writing about what parts of this world call mental health.

Please let me know if you do not want me to invite you.

I will understand and not be offended.

i think that It is better to invite people who have been friendly towards me already otherwise It just feels as though I am talking to myself.

I forgot to thank you for liking my name.

I might dig deep and use that in a new thread.

Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here πŸ™‚

Most definitely I will @Former-Member !

Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here πŸ™‚

Hi @Former-Member , and welcome to the forums! πŸ˜€

Try not to beat yourself up over making little mistakes while you get used to the forums here. There are invariably teething problems when we venture into something new. Regarding that other thread you were having problems with, I make those sorts of mistakes all the time - inadvertantly taking things off topic. Sometimes it just happens.

I hope you stick around here. It's a very warm and welcoming community!

Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here πŸ™‚

You want to start a new thread of your own @Former-Member and you would like to invite me.

You don't want to discuss mental health. You like to explore.

You are different. You don't like hot drinks. Is this right motion?

You feel scared because you have upset someone already. You feel like being new is difficult. You feel like other members already know each other. Is this right? Am I understanding you?

You felt like I was friendly. This made you feel better and gave you confidence to stay longer.

You don't think you can make good relationships with people in real life. You want to make friends in virtual world. Am I understanding correctly?

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here πŸ™‚

Hi @Former-Member I took a step back as I was unsure myself and felt I was the wrong one but I had also tried my best and hope we are on a good track here.....sure is confusing

Feeling like you don't belong is a sea of many other boats yet none feel safe....I know that feeling intimately.

It feels good to write to you and I feel safe writing here, so I think imo you are successful at connecting to people here.  How is your day? @StanD @tyme

Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here πŸ™‚

@EternalFlower  You sound wise. Thankyou for helping. I feel unsure because I got scary information today. I am feeling uncertain. All I can do right now is be patient for another day. Focus on what I can achieve. I am doing my best. My head cannot process. It is too much information.

Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here πŸ™‚

Yes, . please @Former-Member

Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here πŸ™‚

Hey @Former-Member @StanD I know it's scary to post, you're doing well. It's ok to just try

Re: Welcome! Introduce yourself here πŸ™‚

Oh thankyou @EternalFlower you must have known I needed you. I love it's ok to just try. I am a little bit of a nervous wreck. I found a focus, I'm very happy to share. It's lots better than oblivion - for me right now anyway. Oblivion is not altogether bad. It can get to a point where I need a focus & oblivion feels hopeless. So I'm happy I found an answer. Now I need time to interpret. I'm stressed & ok...and scared.
