Great to see you @Former-Member  I know you have ahd a very, very difficult week so it is even nicer that you have popped in today. You got through it Hon and that is something - shows your strength in the face of that impossible grief. How is you Dad?

Thanks @Zoe7 dad's back in nursing home now palliative care. In&out conscious, kept 'comfe' thickened fluids only, trouble breathing 😢 Rang my son but he exploded... "sick of everyone f# dying" since his sister 😞 (rattled them all off - 3 grandparents, an uncle, now pop, his dad's stroke & MH diagnosis, my troubled family conflicts, and now pop, and he can't be there re 'hotspot'... ... (all in 10yrs), I hate that he's in pain and wonder if he's better off without me. His tone, he speaks at me like it's all my fault. I don't like talking anymore. And I just found out a sydney church acquaintance died, a sweetie he was - funeral tomorrow, and their lovely pastoral care worker cancer is back - major surgery booked in 3wks, and poor @Emelia7 ... and my skin clinic want me back re biopsy sample not enough tissue grr 😒 why bother at all, it's probably nothing. Nothing matters, can't hold back the ride. Oh dear, gotta lift my eyes to the bigger picture.

I can really understand that pain @Former-Member I have had 6 deaths in the last 3 months - some close and some relatives of those that I know - as well as my sister's cat (which she is still not dealing with). It is the anniversary of my Nan's death soon too and my old cat's was yesterday - so that grief just has not left me for ages ...can feel your son's pain also but it is life and we have to find a way through it (as hard as that is). It would be great if your son did not take it all out on you but we often do that with the people we love the most when it all gets too hard - doesn't make it right though 

You have every right to worry about the biopsy - it is not a small thing but I very much hope for you that it is a good result because you do matter - very much so - and whilst it feels pretty hopeless at times I for one love having you around 

Very pleasant weather here - but a little windy the past couple of days - has died down tonight (which is good) because I do not handle the wind well.

A cooler day today, pleasant but worked up a slight sweat when I walked during my lunch break.

Looking forward to raking up the fallen paper bark to use in my garden beds as mulch to keep the dreaded weeds at bay. Lots of it after the gale force winds yesterday.

Hi @Zoe7 - how are you? I've been slack sorry. We have heatwave conditions 'till Tuesday now, but really enjoyed couple days bit cooler. Did some cleaning up in garage hoard at 5am, worked up a sweat but it got too hot by 6am. I did half fill the Otto bin.

Hey @Former-Member Really tired but still super busy. Mum is back in hospital today so it is just a waiting game to see what they can do to help her and hopefully she begins feeling a little better. Super worried about her but we cannot be with her because of the restrictions. 

Much cooler here than where you are and expecting rain today too so happy to stay inside. Have all the washing done and dry so that is a bonus.

I can imagine you were confronted with a box city in the garage so well done you for getting stuck into it - even though it was only for an hour - that is one less hour to spend on it later 👍 You certainly cleaned some out in that time 👍 I have to do the same in the holidays - finally get the garage all sorted.
