Hello @TAB and good morning.  I've been up early with some sleepless nights.  Thinking having fats like pecans before sleep is possibly keeping me awake at night.  I hope not. Will eliminate them for now and got get some acupuncture to knock me out.  My acupuncturist does a great session so by the time I get home am so totally out of it that I want to sleep.  Its so powerful. The astrology indicates I would get to the bottom of the matter today on why I'm having insomnia.

Weather can do that @TAB I'm going to have acupuncture for the diabetes in addition to the insomnia, see what the doctor can do with the needles today.  I'm guessing its the pecans but need good nights rest plus diabetes sugars are high.  Enjoy your coffee.  I may go and make myself a fennel tea which is what the diabetes educator recommends

Yes love acupuncture @TAB lots of GP's do it in their clinics now.

So you can have a GP doctor who is also trained as an acupuncturist.  They bulk bill pension recipients. 

Have see lots of local doctor clinics that do acupuncture locally. You would be surprised. And I'm in a semi regional district!

Just looked up that fat can cause insomnia.  I won't be eating pecans before bed.  I'll get him to do it for my diabetes anyway as my sugars are high

Yeah I had a chiropractor do it on me once.  I never went back as he did something to a nerve in my back.  He was a bit of a butcher. I go to the local GP clinic now @TAB

yeah well 2 week wait to see my GP now and they do not do needling @SmilingGecko
