I had a lot of well paid work in mines but never worked more than 9 months a year, then less and less.

anyway was I guy had worked with who was permanent w main company on site. Before I ran away one time he was telling me about some Ukrainian woman and how he had gone to see her. 
she wasn't young or attractive but he was lonely and she knew what to say.

anyway couple years later, back at same site. Ask him about her. 
he used to drive to his house in the city for wknds off

went to servo tried to pay for fuel. No money in account. 
got home somehow goes inside house bare. All furniture gone. Everything. 
also she had demanded presents and jewels all the time so he had maxed his credit card like $70k plus

Gee thats a sad story @TAB I'm so sorry this happened to someone. She must have been so damn unhappy with herself and a good scammer at that.  Most people these days are after money or "security" as they softly put it.  With all the economic stuff going on there will be more and more people looking to hook up. Have heard the term going around now - "new man/new woman". Which is a euphanism for economic dependency.  

Bumped into a tradie from Ausnet who tried to chat me up today when I was walking. He walked right up into my space which was a bit intrusive, I just looked down and walked away. Would not know how to explain to a man I have schizoaffective disorder anyway.  Been single for so long now.  He probably chats up every woman he meets lol

Check this out.  We are on the precipice the next industrial revolution and we now have robots like this!  Its deeply shocking. They will be used to replace all kinds of human labor. Even Elon Musk thinks that robotics is a concern as its evolving at breakneck speed beyond anything we have known. This video was released yesterday by Boston Dynamics who work with AI

Came across some leaked intel that some robots bumped off some scientists in Japan. They tried to disable the robots but the robots were drawing on AI from satellites to automatically rebuild themselves. And they plan to use robots in law enforcement.  It will be like Robocop @StuF in the future. They are allready using AI robotic dogs in New York City
