Still very tired and my sleep is all over the place, but I got to some painting yesterday, and submitted an assignment.

New carer for D2 today.  Seems really lovely ❣️

How are the squidgy furbabies ?

I have found a brand of treats that Jay goes bananas for, which has made it a lot easier when I have to leave the house without him escaping.

Hi @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @greenpea @Snowie @Eve7 @Shaz51 Spent all yesterday afternoon at ED. Have an infected finger requiring ABs but nothing further at this stage. Most likely courtesy of Clover from cleaning her teeth. I had a tiny scratch already on that finger but that is all it takes. My hand and wrist were becoming a little swollen and I was feeling quite unwell - so a course of ABs, some anti-nausea meds and icing my hand all night seems to have helped. My finger is still really sore and my wrist slightly swollen but I can at least bend my finger today ...so all going well over the next couple of days, it should be okay. 

@Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member My back is still not good - struggling at times to walk and sitting/standing for too long hurts. I have a doctor's appointment this coming Friday so we will see where to go from here.

@Faith-and-Hope So pleased to hear you have someone nice for D2 - you both deserve only the very best. Also great your major project is finished, you have submitted your assignment and also done some painting. As for sleep - look after yourself Hon. 💖

Hello @Zoe7 sounds like things have been really rough for you.

I'm sorry to hear about your finger/hand,/arm and back.

So stressful being in ED as well. Please take care of yourself tonight and I hope you get some comfort after a sleepless night.

Oh no @Zoe7 ….. glad you have the ABs and are on the mend.  Now it’s the weekend I hope you can get a good dose of rest ❣️

I am trying to head to bed a little earlier each night to dial back on staying up late.  Wasn’t too good with that last night, but I am in bed before pumpkin hour tonight …. ✔️

Hi sweetheart 💖 Hopefully you are in bed and in the land of nod by now. I am still up (obviously lol) - can't sleep despite how exhausted I am. So instead of trying I am doing housework. It takes a bit of extra effort with only one fully functioning hand but better than stressing about not sleeping. Clover has been 'entertaining' me with knocking things off the dining table and chasing them around the room. I have had to put things up higher. Toby has been letting me know he is not happy with her antics but now she cannot get to things he has settled on the couch. I am going to join him soon and hope to at least get a few hours sleep. @Faith-and-Hope
