@Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member I have finished the shopping and visited my parents. Dad loved his present so that was a bonus. He is so hard to buy for but he left his scarf at my place when he was doing the drain so I figured I would get him a spare ...great choice apparently - he put it on straight away 👍

Bought a new plug for my trailer as some a/hole moved it last week and broke the plug. I will rewire it this afternoon so it is ready to go when I need it. Hoping to be feeling a bit better by next weekend to be able to get some supplies I need to start the paving out back. I see my GP on Friday so I will at least have some pain killers to begin with.

I went out to breakfast with all my “fatherless” friends and had a lovely time…only just arrived home as we had lots to catch up on.

Miss 4 did a dance called I love my Daddy this morning. I wish I could show you as she was so cute. She even made scrambled egg with minimal help for him.

Very sunny and very windy here so I’m about to bring in the washing, sorry I didn’t get up earlier and do the sheets. Oh well 🤗

Hi @Zoe7 I am unfortunately stuck on the computer but have already been for a swim ☺️. Spoken to my Dad he is away working ATM. Will celebrate Father's Day with him on Wednesday night. Great games of footy last night.

Have re-wired part of the trailer @Former-Member but got caught in the rain so now trying to dry off and get warm. I need to try to re-wire one tail light as I had to pull it off to bend back the mounting from when some other a/hole hit it a few months ago. It wasn't like they wouldn't have noticed as my trailer ended up on the footpath and took out a small part of the brick fence 😠 It is on a closed circuit so if I cannot re-solder it then I will need to buy a new one that I can more easily wire into the existing cable ...more money! Not looking at that today though - too dark and wet now ...and so am I.

Watching the AFLW by the heater but I think I may need a nice warm shower to warm up properly. Will wait until the footy is finished and the fur babies have been fed.

Warmed up a bit yesterday @Former-Member but unfortunately been up half the night with a tummy bug. Needing to have today off work as still not good - have had quite a few kids off lately with a similar thing so looks like they have passed it on to me 😔

Hi @Zoe7 Sorry to hear you have a stomach bug. I bet you have a good immune system working with all those "germmy" kids (in the nicest way posssible). Sounds like this one got throught the goals so to speak. 

Me still trying to do all this onboarding for a 6 hour per week job. Would have spent over 25 hours now completing it. Having a vent but its just ridiculous.
