The pool I used to go to was often that quiet - that is part of the reason I loved it there so much @Former-Member Such a shame their opening times are so restricted and I can no longer go.

I have been careful with my back today - moving very slowly and taking my time to do things. I think once I have helped my Dad tomorrow I will leave the rest at home until next weekend. There is no rush 👍

@Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member 2 hours helping my Dad turned into 6 ...I am exhausted, Tobes is exhausted. He is sound asleep already on his bed. He really needs a bath but I am not going to wake him for that as he has not slept all day ...been following me and 'trying' to help both myself and Dad lol. I too need a bath - so sore. Going to watch the end of the footy then run a bubble bath (and hope I don't fall asleep amongst the bubbles 🤣).

Hi @Zoe7.

Ended up helping my parents remove a small tree. Don't know how you do it. My back was killing me could only help for 2 hours and off for a recovery spa.

Had a bit of a rough day with a friend playing on my emotions last x 2 weeks still trying to work out how to manage it.

Just trying to take it easy and keep it at a distance. Still too fragile for anything too hard or demanding.

Enjoy your bath. Good old Tobes for helping out. 🌹💕💜
