Hi @Shaz51
i had a 3 day streak so going good but have some paranoia (somewhat deteriorated MH) - today is a work in progress.
I don’t know if this is like my new reality and what’s acceptable.
Also thinking about a few things - gp, psychologist and a job within next few months.
Need a flush of relaxation and to have more self esteem so the paranoia disappears.

Loads of things:
- reading (be curious about everything)
- cooking (endless search for utterly delicious and healthy)
- planning (for my next holiday)
- searching for new places to hike
- searching for new/interesting TV shows and movies
- catching up with loved ones
- conquering cross stitch (jury’s out)

Welcome @lala2 and hey @Shaz51 ❤️
Love what you said @lala2. I know for me, a routine is SO important. I often find it difficult to maintain, but I've been trying to find different ways to maintain some kind of routine.
For example, I'm trying to get into the habit of doing my morning routine of brushing my teeth, washing my face, taking my meds and eating brekky as soon as I wake up. It sets me up for a good day!

@Campbarry I could relate to you when you were talking about doing your hair. There are so many times where I feel so meh, but then its the small act of starting a nice little self care activity like that and it snow balls into more nice feelings and then being more productive than I expected to be. Its a good feeling.

Hi Everyone,
@Shaz51 @amber22 @Former-Member
Tuxedo Cat (love your name!) Im a slow learner lol im nearly 40 and I still struggle with routine. Ive always lived in chaos and didnt know any differently until a person I was in a relationship with a year or so ago had the strength to teach me (also not easily taught Ha!)
But now I relish my clean spaces and my organised life. I found strategies like putting my tablets next to my kettle really helpful. Because the first thing i do every morning is make a coffee so therefore I automatically remember the tablets. So many strategies like this that have taken too long to build up but alas, I think I am now able to be called an adult haha.

That's a really good strategy! I might take that one on board, right now I have to set the loudest alarm to remind me, but your strategy seems much nicer haha @lala2
I know right, how cute is @Former-Member's name hehe
